about your computer, please ask it in this thread and I'll assist you

Since we'll be working together, you can call me Aura or Yoan, which is my real name, it's up to you! Now that we've broke the ice, I'll just ask you a few things during the time we'll be working together to clean your system and get it back to an operational state. My name is Aura and I'll be assisting you with your malware issue. This thing is driving me crazy and I could use the help.Įdited by DJKiske1, 09 December 2017 - 06:23 PM. This process is running my computer so hard, I am unable to game anymore on it without my game, or the computer itself crashing. I tried to open the folder, but I am getting "Access Denied" even though I am an admin. It is in a folder named PSGRDEX in appdata and the executable has the name snoclvx.exe which in my task manager is calling itself Windows Process Manager (32bit).

So after trying to delete registry items, deleting all the items and running the antimalware over and over, I am stuck with one that is still being persistent and I can't get rid of it. I ran Rkill, MBAM Hitman pro and Zemana, and it has identified quite a few of the culprits, but I was only able to delete the rather obvious ones that were running as Mimms.exe and Updater.exe. I was on one of my usual sites, and I must've clicked an ad or had something else happen and my computer started to run at 100% cpu for a long while.
